Bikes are made in a very simple process. First the frames are made out of a certain material depending on how expensive the bike will be. Cheaper bikes will be made out of metal, or steel and more expensive bikes will be made of hollow aluminum. There are different materials that can be used but these are usually common. Bikes do not have that complicated of a structure, however.
After the frame is created and molded together, the adding of parts begins. It is actually a very simple process. A ton of wealding and gluing happens and then the bike bust be fitted for parts. After the frame is completely assembled for attatchment drailleurs and gear shifts are added. Then handlebars and stems are added.
Once all that is complete the brakes are added. Then a seat and saddle must be added to sit on. The seat can be made out of different materials, but usually rubber. Then cranksets are added, which consist of the chain, the axle, the cups, and the bearings. Then the wheels, rims and hubcaps are andded and the bike is rideable.
